I’ve always been a fan of Trollope and her latest title,An Unsuitable Match, is on a par with some of her best. Rose and Tyler are in their sixties when they fall in love and decide to get married. Rose’s first husband was a total jerk and Tyler’s wife has passed away. But their respective adult children are less than excited about the prospect. This is a story about family and the role that loved ones play in the various life decisions that are made. Trollope is adept at describing scenes where there is an underlying, and convincing tension operating behind the dialogues. Enjoyable and a great Bookclub Choice.
