Milo is a conservation story, but focusses on family life and rhino poaching. It is a family story written from a dog's perspective. The book includes an introduction and a factual addendum about the history of Rhino Poaching. The book's sketches have been drawn by one of East London's most well-known artists, Yolanda Birch. The unique selling points are that it focuses on wildlife conservation and the very topical rhino wars, but in an easy to assimilate story form. It is fiction but based on fact. Stories about dogs are always popular and will be well received, especially as Div already has a large following amongst the South African public.
