Astrid is a girl in the land of Kingdoms and Empires with a special talent to recognize when people are telling the truth. And that gets her magically sent away (by accident, it's true, but still . . .) to our world, with no way to get back. When Astrid's world and our world both begin to unravel, all her friends must work together to make a bridge of magic to bring Astrid home, and to save the universe(s).
