A WORLD WAR II ADVENTURE FROM RHIAN TRACEY, AUTHOR OF I, SPY: A BLETCHLEY PARK MYSTERY

Ivy's quiet life in Derwen Forest is transformed by the pressures of the Second World War. With all the adults occupied with important war work and even her sister Willow joining the lumberjills, Ivy is feeling trapped and frustrated as she roams the forest with her younger brother, Davey.

Then Zeb arrives accompanied by two elephants, after they were accidentally left behind by their circus troupe. This unexpected new friendship opens Ivy's eyes to all sorts of activity happening right before her eyes in the forest.

But when she uncovers a coded note, Ivy finds the forest is suddenly a place of danger. Can she prove that she too can protect the forest home she loves so much?
