I miss daddy is the story of Matthew English, a curious seven-year-old boy whose father passed away due to the coronavirus.

The book illustrates the bond between a loving father and his son and seeks to highlight the young boy’s grief.

This book encourages children to speak about their emotions and deal with loss, at their level of understanding. It promotes awareness about child grief.

2 000 copies sold to date & 1 600 copies (English and Afrikaans) donated to under-resourced primary schools on the Cape Flats in 2022.
