Meet the strongest exorcist the world's ever known!

Kiyoshi Harai is the world's strongest exorcist-and its most awkward one! Equally afraid of fighting demons, making new friends, and talking to girls, this so-called ultimate exorcist has still got a lot to learn before he can reach his full potential!

The Black Parade rages as demons and exorcists clash in a brutal fight for the souls of everyone in Naraku City-and with a terrible toxin transforming Kiyoshi back into a toddler, things are looking more dire than ever! Now the world's strongest baby and his rival must team up and find a way to get Kiyoshi back to normal while the Thirteen Club's strongest members prepare to finally take action.
